As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN), you support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance. What You’ll Do: • Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes • Support medication management and perform MAR/TAR audits • Communicate with families, physicians and care teams • Monitor incidents, falls and follow-up care • Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations • Support infection control and clinical quality initiatives • Train and support care team members What You’ll Bring: • Active LPN/LVN license • 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting • Strong assessment and documentation skills • Knowledge of medication administration and compliance • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Support Resident Health and Ensure Clinical Quality LPN | LVN | Wellness Nurse | Assisted Living | Senior Living | Medication Management | Resident Care

Pay Range:

29.00 - 42.75

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
