Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like S&P Global, CME Group, Revolut, Coinbase, Interactive Brokers, eToro and Binance.

We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

About the team

TradingView is primarily a B2C subscription business, but our B2B partnerships division is a significant and fast-growing part of it. We're looking for a VP of Global Business Development to own that function globally.

Growth here isn't traditional sales — it's strategic partnerships and co-marketing with brokers, exchanges, and platforms. The organization covers five regions (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, East Asia), with around 60 people in 20 countries, five regional leaders, and local specialists in key markets.

You'll supervise both sides of the function: Business Growth (partnership strategy, commercial negotiations, custom use cases, new revenue pipelines) and Growth Operations (processes, workflows and automation).

We have ambitious targets and don't expect to hit them through inbound alone. This role is not only about driving revenue growth but also about accelerating TradingView's brand expansion and recognition through strategic brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the global growth number - setting the strategy across all five regions and delivering against revenue targets

  • Leading five regional leaders and their teams, plus Growth Operations: hiring above the current bar, developing the people worth developing, and moving quickly where the fit isn't there

  • Unlocking new revenue streams from capability the platform already has, without waiting on new product development

  • Diagnosing why some markets convert far below what their trading population predicts - finding the actual cause before reaching for a lever, then fixing it through pricing, partner mix, positioning, or go-to-market

  • Designing an incentive system that works fairly across economies as different as Western Europe and Southeast Asia

  • Personally leading the most complex and highest-value partnership negotiations

  • Structuring the business cases behind new initiatives and driving them through Legal, Compliance, Product, and Finance

  • Making the honest call on contested markets, including recommending we don't invest, and defending that to the CEO

  • Owning the operating rhythm across the function: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting, and automation

What makes you the perfect fit

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership, including time owning a revenue number across multiple markets

  • 3+ years leading a global business development function, with regional or country leaders reporting to you across several regions

  • Deals you've personally negotiated in the last two years - this role owns a function, but it isn't one you can do from above it

  • A track record of building teams that outperform the ones you inherited: who you hired, who you developed, and where you moved quickly because the fit wasn't there

  • Evidence you've found revenue an organisation was missing inside a product you couldn't change, and the ability to reconstruct how you found it

  • Strong analytical skills - able to spot a structural gap in the data and turn it into a commercial plan

  • Experience designing commercial terms and incentive structures that hold up across economies with very different purchasing power

  • A history of driving complex initiatives through Legal, Compliance, Product, and Finance rather than around them

  • Fluency in English

  • Natural drive, commercial curiosity, and a bias for impact

Will be a plus

  • Experience in trading, fintech, crypto, brokerage, or multi-asset platforms

  • Familiarity with TradingView as a product

  • Experience scaling a partnerships function past its first plateau

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format

  • A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth

  • TradingView Premium access

  • Regular team events and company-wide meetups
