As a PKI Operations - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding organizations from cyber threats by leveraging advanced technologies and strategies. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will focus on effectively responding to and mitigating cyber threats, confirming the security of client systems and data. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving security incidents to minimize potential damage and protect against future attacks. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Responding to and mitigating cybersecurity incidents to protect client systems and data
- Analyzing security threats and vulnerabilities to develop proactive solutions
- Implementing cybersecurity strategies and frameworks to safeguard sensitive information
- Conducting digital forensics and network forensics to investigate security breaches
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cybersecurity governance and risk management practices
- Utilizing cybersecurity threat intelligence to anticipate and address potential attacks
- Developing and maintaining incident response plans to minimize damage from security incidents
- Managing security operations center activities to validate continuous monitoring and threat detection
- Performing vulnerability assessments and management to identify and remediate security risks
- Building meaningful client connections and guiding teams in complex cybersecurity scenarios
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Cybersecurity Framework and Cybersecurity Governance
- Utilizing skills in Digital Forensics and Network Forensics
- Excelling in Security Incident Management and Incident Response Plan
- Applying analytical thinking to Cybersecurity Threat Mitigation and Vulnerability Management
- Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations
