Ein diverses, bunt gemischtes Team (vergleichbar mit einem Call-Center-Setting), das tagtäglich Höchstleistungen erbringt.Deine Mission: Du bist der Fels in der Brandung. Du fängst Menschen in akuten Belastungssituationen auf, begleitest sie stabilisierend und stärkst auch präventiv das Arbeitsklima.Das Besondere bei uns: Du arbeitest agil, lösungsorientiert und direkt an der Basis.
