Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing inventory, tracking project materials, and coordinating pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations.
- Ensures materials are available when needed, maintains accurate inventory records, and helps prevent project delays by providing efficient logistics and warehouse support.
- Serves as a critical link between procurement, vendors, project management, and field operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehousing experience
- Proven proficiency in MS Office suite specifically (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- MS Teams experience (Chat, create and/or attend necessary virtual meetings)
- Proven ability to resolve problems and the understanding when to escalate
- Proven communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven initiative and self sufficiency
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds)
- Occasional availability for increased hours based on receiving volume and other coverage duties
- Must be able to work on day(s) relating of annual physical inventory
Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $19–$24 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
