PLATFORM SUPPORT ANALYSTWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Works with branch and department colleagues on all aspects of the client on-boarding process. Collaborates with Portfolio Management teams to process requests for new Platform or existing accounts or best way to transfer assets into the firm. Resolves inquiries and escalates as appropriate.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assist clients, partner Financial Advisors, Portfolio Manager Teams, and Platform (TAMP) partners with client on-boarding and new account inquiries.
- Work on daily reports from platform partners to ensure onboarding data accurate and solve for discrepancies in data; troubleshoot issues and follow up with developers on tech problems
- Open new accounts and process daily Outstanding Actions Report and review KYC/AML for proper onboarding
- Maintain database that houses all client, Financial Advisor, and partner firm contact information including the processing of all changes partner’s broker dealer and/or RIA changes.
- Build strong relationship with Platform partners and internal Portfolio Management teams including period meetings
- Work with internal Client Service teams on ad hoc inquiries throughout the day and provide reporting as needed
- Work with platform partners and billing team on fee files
- Take on ad hoc team projects and remediation efforts as needed throughout the year
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the investment management industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent computer literacy with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
