JOB SUMMARY:

To provide dedicated, full-time support to the admissions departments of four designated Butler County facilities. While Chesterwood Advanced Therapy Center serves as the primary "home base" for this role, the Admissions Assistant will provide routine weekly support at the other three regional locations. This role assists the Directors of Admissions in achieving census goals, ensuring strict adherence to facility admission procedures, and providing consistent departmental coverage across the Butler County region.

Come join our team as an Admissions Assistant at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility.   This position assists or Admissions liaison in achieving facility census goals and assuring facility procedures related to admissions are followed.

Pay: $15 to $26.50 an hour!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Multi-Site Sales & Tours: Provide facility information and professional tours at any of the four Butler County locations, utilizing Carespring sales process standards and tools.
      • Referral Management: Communicate referral data promptly to the respective Director of Admissions for the specific facility.
      • Data Integrity: Assist in maintaining the PCC database for all regional referrals and outcomes with a high degree of accuracy.
      • Clinical/Social Assessment: Collaborate with residents and families to assess if the facility can meet their specific needs and ensure the resident meets facility criteria.
      • Insurance Coordination: Partner with the Case Management team to ensure timely insurance verifications and pre-certifications, clearly communicating financial responsibilities to residents and families.
      • Admission Documentation: Complete all paperwork associated with the admission process, ensuring the resident meets all financial requirements.

      Leadership Support: Assist facility leadership in other duties as assigned to ensure departmental success.

       

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Assessment: Successful completion of the Devine Assessment showing compatibility with sales.
      • Organizational Skills: Elite organizational and communication skills are required to balance the needs of four separate facilities
      • Schedule: Must be available for a full-time work schedule.
      • Travel: Must have reliable transportation. While the role is based out of Chesterwood, regular weekly travel to the three additional facilities is required.
