Inventory Specialist

Your duties:

• Manage daily warehouse release orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
• Work closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to support day-to-day operations and resolve fulfilment issues.
• Oversee inventory flow and reporting, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with external warehouses.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory by placing timely, cost-effective purchase orders.
• Identify and drive process improvements in inventory and warehouse management to increase accuracy and efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• Job experience in similar position +2 years
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Knowledge background: field of studies or work related
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory processes accurately and efficiently.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with confidence working with data, reports, and product specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams, suppliers, and external warehouses.
• Team player, able to use own initiative and problem solving within constraints
• Language skills: Polish - C1, English - B2

Bonus points: Experience in the packaging industry and knowledge of printing techniques.
