The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.

Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence. 

After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care in a state of the art facility, as well as providing care to our members in the comfort of their homes
  • Works collaboratively with CMOs to provide Preventive Care, Well Visits & Comprehensive Health Assessments in the Institute, also with direct and indirect supervision for urgent Home Care visits
  • Flexibility to work weekends and off hours for on-call coverage for home care visits and Institute coverage, as necessary
  • Adult Care NPs & PAs must have the ability to work fluidly and competently across multiple disciplines, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology and Geriatrics for cross coverage and to meet operational needs of the Institute to cover staff for illness, personal leave, vacation or continuing medical education
  • Is competent to provide care to members based upon the age groups treated
  • Adaptability to gain training and demonstrate competencies in a variety of Point of Care Testing modalities and devices.
  • Flexibility to perform clinical, administrative and clerical tasks outside routine scope of practice
  • Providing Home Care Services for minor procedures, such as insertion of peripheral IV for medication administration, wound care, vaccinations, suturing and phlebotomy techniques.
  • Documentation and appropriate maintenance of Medical Records for members
  • Telehealth visits & Electronic prescribing of medications as needed
  • EMR data integration
  • Opportunities for Growth & Development through involvement in various initiatives such as committees for Quality & Patient Safety, Protocol & Procedure Development and Review Processes
  • Maintains a high quality workforce to assist in the achievement of the Organization’s Mission.
  • Maintenance & upkeep of Professional Licenses, Certifications, DEA certification, State requirements and National Certifying Agencies credentials
  • Participates in appropriate continuing medical education programs for maintenance of Continued Medical Education and CUEs for professional licensure

    $100/hr

Requirements

Requirements

  • Current License required as NP for specialty, or current Licensed PA
  • 2+ years’ experience as practicing NP or PA
  • ACLS, PALS and BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • Capable and experienced with relevant procedures for proficiency in delivering care in urgent care and emergency medicine setting
  • Available for variable weekend on-call assignment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
