About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to join our Mining Warranty team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and administer the end-to-end warranty claims process across the region, ensuring claims are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Sandvik's global warranty policies and procedures.
As the key liaison between customers, service operations, product divisions, sales teams, and finance stakeholders, you will play an important role in delivering timely claim resolutions, maintaining compliance standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end warranty claim process, ensuring accurate and timely claim administration.
Review, validate, and process warranty applications and supporting documentation.
Manage warranty registrations, claim submissions, claim closures, credit notes, sales concessions, and policy settlements.
Act as the primary point of contact for warranty-related enquiries across internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between customers, service teams, sales areas, product divisions, and finance functions to support effective claim resolution.
Maintain accurate, auditable warranty records and documentation within company systems.
Monitor claim performance and support the achievement of warranty KPIs and service levels.
Assist with claim escalations, appeals, and issue resolution.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in warranty administration, claims processing, customer service, or aftermarket support.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or warranty management systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.
Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Desirable:
Knowledge of warranty principles, policies, and claim assessment processes.
Mining, construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry experience.
Mechanical, technical, or trade qualifications.
Experience interpreting technical reports, service documentation, and parts information.
Understanding of credit notes, cost recovery, and financial processes.
