As a SAP - Basis Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our SAP practice, you will leverage your skills to uphold professional and technical standards, interpret data to inform insights, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for developing and optimizing SAP solutions
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client objectives
- Supporting the development and deployment of SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments
- Embracing change and fostering innovation within SAP technology projects
- Building meaningful client connections and mentoring junior team members in SAP technology

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization
