Senior Manager – Cloud Solution Delivery

Lead cloud transformation and infrastructure initiatives using Agile methodologies. Drive program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of cloud and platform modernization programs.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, DevOps, and Application teams to drive execution.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and technology stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder communications, governance reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resolve escalations, and remove project roadblocks.
• Ensure project readiness, transition planning, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile maturity.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management processes.

• 8-15 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience leading Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Center, Digital Transformation, or Platform programs.
• Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps concepts.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Certifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 (optional)
• Must have one of below
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • SAFe Agilist
• Cloud Foundation Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) – must have for one of the Cloud Service Provider
