This position will be located at the Firm's global operations center in Tampa

General Description:

We are seeking a Cash Applications Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. The Cash Applications Administrative Assistant is responsible for delivering financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure the efficient, and accurate posting within the Cash Applications department.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and producing payment backup as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve receivable inquiries, as well as monitor and respond to department email inquiries.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, or mail.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant legal work experience.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Cash Application and/or general accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting function and computer applications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
