Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for SAP Application Extensions, you will assist customers in selecting, designing, and implementing SAP applications using innovative approaches such as clean core development. This requires specialized skills and significant consulting expertise to collaborate with customers and stakeholders across multiple dimensions of new technology areas. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Implement Solutions: Assist customers in designing and implementing SAP applications using clean core development, leveraging skills in In-App extension, OData, API Management, and Complex CDS view design. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with customers and application stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, utilizing consulting skills to ensure effective communication and project delivery. • Develop Side-by-Side Applications: Design and develop side-by-side applications using RAP programming and embedded Steampunk, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert guidance on the selection and implementation of SAP applications, leveraging knowledge of clean core development and related technologies. • Deliver Solution Delivery: Ensure high-quality solution delivery, meeting customer expectations and adhering to project timelines and methodologies.
Required technical and professional expertise
• SAP Application Extension Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing SAP applications using clean core development, including In-App extension, OData, and API Management. • Complex CDS View Design: Experience in designing complex CDS views, leveraging knowledge of data modeling and SAP application architecture. • RAP Programming and Steampunk: Experience with RAP programming and embedded Steampunk, including side-by-side application design and development. • Consulting and Collaboration: Experience working with customers and application stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, utilizing consulting skills to ensure effective communication and project delivery. • Clean Core Development Knowledge: Experience with clean core development principles and related technologies, including the ability to provide expert guidance on SAP application selection and implementation.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced SAP Application Knowledge: Experience with SAP application architecture, data modeling, and related technologies, enabling effective design and implementation of clean core development solutions. • Specialized Technical Skills: Exposure to specialized skills such as In-App extension, OData, API Management, and Complex CDS view design, enhancing ability to deliver tailored solutions. • Multi-Dimensional Technology Expertise: Experience working with multiple dimensions of new technology areas, facilitating collaboration with customers and stakeholders across various domains.
