We work with financial institutions, Banks, NBFCs & Digital lending firms to improve the efficiency of their collection using technology, automation intelligence and optimal legal routes in order to facilitate the resolution of stressed assets.


With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS-based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in fundamental Software Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving and Complexity Analysis.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python/Java/Javascript/Golang or similar.
  • Strong understanding of professional software engineering practises & best practises for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Hands-on Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Mysql, MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with GIT, CI/CD, REST APIs and Cloud (AWS/ GCP/ Azure) will be preferred
  • Understanding of Microservice Architecture and System Design Principles.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented and Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to deliver great work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, releasing and maintaining large scale software applications.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and lead an outstanding engineering team.
  • Make architectural decisions in collaboration with other developers.
  • Work in a cross-functional team (Product Managers and Engineers) in a highly collaborative environment where you will also speak to our community and often pair to solve problems.
  • Work in a full-stack development environment.
  • Coach and mentor team members to encourage continuous growth.
  • Implement new features and deploy them on an ongoing basis.
  • Design, implement and improve release processes.
  • Provide technical support to external teams and developers.
  • Work across the whole development lifecycle (discovery, delivery, testing, releasing, supporting, and maintaining) using an agile methodology
  • Plan and execute sprints
  • Closely collaborate with internal and external experts within various technical domains
  • Help the team champion software quality while being pragmatic
  • Demonstrate and inspire a strong sense of teamwork
  • Demonstrate and inspire integrity, quality, and professionalism
