We champion an inclusive culture and strive to attract and develop a talented workforce to create and deliver a wide range of content reflecting our world.Job DescriptionFor Universal ​United Kingdom Resort ​(UUKR), The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of development parcels outside the core Theme Park and the management of construction logistics across those parcels and the supporting public infrastructure within the Universal, Entertainment Resort Complex (ERC). The role leads all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with approved quality, operational, creative, and guest experience objectives. Working closely with third-party developers, contractors, consultants, public authorities, and internal stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager is accountable for project governance, budget and schedule management, commercial oversight, risk management, change control, and project reporting. The role also manages project interfaces, dependencies, and construction logistics activities across multiple development parcels and infrastructure projects to support the successful delivery of the wider ERC programme. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, proactively mitigating project risks, and ensuring that project controls, documentation, and governance processes are implemented consistently throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of assigned development parcels outside the core Theme Park, ensuring delivery in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and the ERC masterplan.Manage relationships with third-party developers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Universal's project objectives and development requirements.Oversee construction logistics across development parcels and supporting infrastructure works, including roads, rail, and utilities. Work closely with logistics providers, contractors, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated site operations that support the wider ERC programme.
