Fundamentally, safeguards don't just protect - they empower speed by creating confidence to move faster.ResponsibilitiesBuild systems that enable graduated availability of new code and content - build dev, test, pre-prod, and prod systems that gradually make new code or content available to wider sets of environments to increase safety, decrease risk, and increase predictabilityBuild systems that enable reproducibility of outcomes - examples of this include automated methods to learn when operating system vendors or cloud service providers change - potentially impacting the runtime activity we observeBuild simple, easy to use frameworks that enable developers to quickly write new unit and integration tests for new capabilities that enable the graduated availability system and reproducibility systemBuild systems that enable content developers to quickly write and deploy content using the graduated availability system and reproducibility systemTop candidates for this role will have: Experience designing and shipping commercially available software products at scale that customers loveExperience building and shipping self-service B2B SaaS products at scaleExpert knowledge of at least one major systems programming languageAbility to learn Typescript or RustExperience shipping serverless software on AWS or distributed systems experienceExperience working at a fast-growing startupBe comfortable working remotely, asynchronously, and independentlyStrong time management habits and the ability to have a quiet working environmentFluency in technology such as GitHub, AWS, GCP, Azure, Auth0, TypeScript, Angular, PrimeNG, Rust, GitHub Copilot and ClaudeAt least 12 years of experienceAbility to thrive in a fully remote organizationAdditional notesAs a remote first company, we are looking to hire anywhere in the United States.We hire people authorized to work in the United States.
