This opportunity balances deep engineering research with customer partnership, allowing you to maximize your professional impact while helping to support a safer world.Key Responsibilities:Advanced Technical Support & EscalationInvestigate and resolve complex, highly escalated system trouble tickets to support operational continuity for critical infrastructure customersReplicate and diagnose complicated application anomalies within controlled laboratory environments to identify systemic root causesObserve and analyze intricate software system architectures to isolate performance bottlenecks and structural instabilitiesKnowledge Transfer & Team EmpowermentDeliver technical knowledge transfer sessions to broaden team capabilities and reduce future ticket escalation cyclesResearch emerging system behaviors and software deployment methodologies to document actionable resolution guidesSupport junior engineering staff during active deployment cycles to enhance collective system domain knowledgeCustomer Interface & Ticket Lifecycle ManagementInterface regularly with public safety administrators via telephone and remote configurations to guide technical resolution pathsManage the lifecycle of critical support infrastructure requests from initial escalation through verified incident closureFormulate detailed root-cause summaries to support close customer collaboration and build long-term operational trustTarget Base Salary Range: $60,000- $70,000Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
