Acting as both a trusted advisor and technical expert, you will bridge the gap between customer reality and Trimble's development roadmap, driving long-term implementation success across the entire Trimble Construction One ecosystem.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
* Guide high-profile contractors and project teams through initial discovery to align their technical needs with advanced Trimble solutions.
* Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert to deploy project-based pilots and ensure long-term workflow implementation success.
* Cultivate customer champions within the MEP sector by empowering end-users to effectively leverage integrated hardware and software.
* Collaborate with account management, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a unified, seamless customer experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong technical background and deep understanding of MEP construction workflows and technology.
* Familiarity with Trimble's comprehensive MEP portfolio, including both software and hardware solutions.
* Proven track record in customer success, project management, sales, or an equivalent customer-facing technical advisory role.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to foster long-term relationships and synthesize complex needs into clear strategies.

* Experience creating shareable content and using digital tools to communicate the value of connected workflows.
* Direct experience working within an AECO ecosystem or dealer channel network.
