You'll be working as part of the North American Payroll team, taking on a newly created leadership role with the opportunity to shape processes, influence payroll strategy, and make a visible impact across both Canada and the United States. Reporting into a collaborative and supportive leadership team, you'll lead a group of payroll professionals while remaining hands-on in payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and payroll professionals, you will provide expert guidance on payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and operational best practices, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Experience processing payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Previous experience using ADP payroll solutions
  • Experience working with in-house payroll systems
