As a Shipping and Traffic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our physical distribution network by coordinating the outbound movement of finished goods. Working within a highly collaborative and inclusive team environment, you will manage administrative documentation, resolve transit issues, and maintain data accuracy across our systems. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional who balances operational rigor with a human approach to problem-solving. Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & AdministrationPerform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods to prioritize on-time deliveryLog order information into data systems, organizing files and distributing documentation across the supply chain networkMaintain records and generate reports for accounting and operational teams to support transparencyCarrier & Communication CoordinationCommunicate and coordinate with transportation companies to optimize shipping routes and delivery cyclesResolve routine transit questions and logistical issues while maintaining open communication with internal departmentsObserve and oversee inventory movement records to identify discrepancies and adapt distribution workflowsFinancial VerificationConfirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods to help ensure cost integrityAnalyze documentation parameters to cross-reference carrier billing against logistics agreementsCollaborate with accounting teams to update system data and resolve inbound billing inquiriesTarget Base Salary Range: $33,700 - $41,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
