Job Description
As a Security Officer Radio Communications in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate security-related communications, document incidents, monitor activity, and support prompt responses to site needs. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping to maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor dispatch communications, security-related systems, alarms, and incoming service requests; document activity and relay pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate responses to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, key or access-control records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
- Support regular and random patrol activity around the property and perimeter by tracking officer check-ins, communicating assignments, and reporting observed concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
