The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Solution Advisor, you will serve as a Canadian workflow and product subject matter expert, supporting customer readiness, workflow design, demonstrations, training strategy, adoption planning, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Serving as a Canadian workflow and product subject matter expert for 360 Encompass implementations, adoption, and optimization.
Advising customers on current-state and future-state workflows for coding, CDI, data quality, reporting, and operational improvement.
Supporting project teams with customer workflow decisions, configuration recommendations, adoption planning, and change management.
Leading customer-facing demonstrations, workflow design sessions, readiness discussions, training strategy, and post-go-live optimization reviews.
Supporting Canadian customer success through adoption metrics, reporting insights, best-practice recommendations, and executive-level communication.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher and five (5) years of healthcare consulting, implementation, training, coding, CDI, HIM experience
OR
High school diploma/GED and eight (8) years of healthcare consulting, implementation, training, coding, CDI, HIM experience.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Three (3) years of experience in Health Information Management, Coding, Clinical Documentation Integrity, or healthcare operations.
Two (2) year of customer-facing implementation, consulting, training, or advisory experience.
CHIMA certification or equivalent Canadian HIM designation.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience supporting healthcare software applications within hospital or health system environments
Experience with CIHI Coding Standards, ICD-10-CA, CCI, DAD, NACRS, and Canadian abstracting requirements.
Experience with Solventum products including 360 Encompass, Codefinder, HDM
Experience with Epic, MEDITECH Expanse, Oracle Health/Cerner, or Altera Health solutions.
Experience supporting healthcare transformation, change management, user adoption, and process improvement initiatives.
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Work location: Remote - Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
