Who we’re looking for
Toyota Battery Manufacturing, North Carolina Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst, Labor-Productivity
The primary responsibility of this role is to support labor and productivity analysis by communicating effectively with shop leaders, reporting and understanding productivity metrics, and providing management with impactful data and easy to understand visuals to make the most cost effective decisions.
Reporting to the Amanda Waugh, Manager, the person in this role will support the TBMNC Finance department's objective to corporate financial requirements and plant level budget achievement.
What you’ll be doing
Lead TBMNC productivity activity and support shop reporting, budget creation, and financial reporting visual creation
Understand all productivity change points that are impacting the overall efficiency of the lines running at TBMNC
Directly communicate with TBMNC A&F shop leads and TBMNC Shops to understand spend and make sure costs are being reviewed and budgeted properly
Support budget and quarterly forecast updates, explaining to management the major changepoints and kaizens being performed for cost reduction.
Create ad-hoc and standard reporting visualizes that will contribute to management’s understanding of cost performance
What you bring
Finance degree, or related Business degree
Excellent presentation skills
Experience with month-end closing
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Added bonus if you have
Previous people leadership skills
Previous manufacturing finance experience
