Performance and Reporting Support Officer
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Support the development, preparation and distribution of performance reports, dashboards and scorecards that provide clear insight into business performance.
Collect, collate, validate and maintain performance data from multiple business sources, helping ensure information is accurate, complete and reliable.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, variances and exceptions, and prepare summaries, charts, graphs and supporting commentary for management reporting.
Maintain reporting templates, databases, spreadsheets and reporting tools, supporting consistent standards and accessible reporting records across the business
Work collaboratively with operational teams and stakeholders to gather and verify data, respond to reporting requests and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a reporting, business support, administration coordination or
Strong Power BI capability and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with confidence working across data, dashboards and reporting tools.
Proven ability to analyse performance data, identify trends or anomalies, and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations for stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting reporting timelines.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to supporting teams and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Power Apps experience will be highly regarded.
