Senior Technical Associate

Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality. Service and maintain customer equipment; Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment; Install machines at customer locations; Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs. High School Diploma; 3 to 5 years in similar technical role; Strong mechanical aptitude - previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience. Bilingualism in concerned provinces; Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract; Basic computer skills; Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills; Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
