Experienced Customer Program Management Professional

Position Summary

The Customer Experience Program Management Professional provides operational and administrative support for software order processing, customer interface activities, production coordination, and data management. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of software-related orders and deliverables. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a customer interface for software orders at various stages of processing. 
  • Support software order fulfillment activities and escalate packages to production for processing. 
  • Communicate results, status updates, and deliverables to requestors within agreed completion schedules. 
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry into designated systems and databases. 
  • Escalate issues that may impact cost, schedule, quality, or deliverable commitments. 
  • Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. 
  • Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and customer-facing teams. 
  • Perform additional administrative and technical support functions as assigned. 
  • Timely processing of software orders and customer requests.
  • Accurate data management and record maintenance.
  • Effective escalation and resolution of operational issues.
  • Strong customer satisfaction and internal stakeholder support.
  • Consistent on-time delivery and team collaboration.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and aptitude for learning new processes. 
  • Ability to accurately read source documents and enter data into business systems. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow written procedures and supervisory direction. 

WE VALUE

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems. 
  • Experience with Team Center. 
  • Experience with Salesforce. 
  • Familiarity with Honeywell systems, applications, and operational processes. 
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
