VP, Product Management, Agentforce Voice
Global Speech, Language & Industry Model Platform
We are looking for an experienced and deeply technical Vice President of Product Management to lead the global Speech, Language, and Industry Model Platform that powers Agentforce Voice. This leader must possess a deep passion for Salesforce and the transformative power of Generative AI, with the vision and operating discipline to mobilize product and engineering teams, accelerate innovation, and drive market leadership and customer success in enterprise voice AI.
As the VP responsible for Agentforce Voice language support, you will own the complete speech and language stack, including Speech-to-Speech (S2S), Speech-to-Text and Automatic Speech Recognition (STT/ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), multilingual and monolingual experiences, accent and dialect adaptation, language expansion, speech quality, and industry-specific speech, diarization, background-noise handling, model-tuning, language models, and other related capabilities.
You will define how Salesforce delivers accurate, natural, low-latency voice experiences across languages, regions, industries, deployment models, and customer environments. Your charter will include hosted and self-hosted solutions, APIs, model orchestration, hybrid model management, performance tuning, model evaluation, domain adaptation, and the developer and administrative experiences required to operate the platform at enterprise scale.
As Salesforce expands globally, you will build and lead a world-class product organization with dedicated regional and industry-focused team members where languages, regulations, terminology, cultural expectations, or acoustic environments require additional investment. This may include Japan, EMEA, Southeast Asia, India, Latin America, and other strategic markets and industries.
You will work closely with colleagues in engineering, design, user experience, program management, data science, security, legal, compliance, product marketing, sales, services, regional teams, and Salesforce industry organizations to align on a unified vision. You will grow a high-performing team of product managers through an iterative, high-velocity approach to delivery.
