As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to address their complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP technology within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be part of a team that provides premium, cost-effective services, supporting process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the development of your technical acumen and the PwC brand. You will be actively involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. By establishing effective working relationships directly with clients, you will enhance your personal brand and deepen your understanding of the business context. Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development
- Contributing to the enhancement of team and personal technical acumen in SAP technologies
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends to provide relevant insights
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and promoting your personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization and automation
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori solutions to drive business transformation
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic technology planning
- Excelling in SAP Fiori and SAP HANA design automation
- Embracing change and process optimization in business transformation
