What You’ll Do
● Strategy & Execution: Architect comprehensive, end-to-end demand generation strategies that align multi-channel campaigns - including webinars, email nurtures, and paid media - with pipeline requirements across horizontal and vertical-specific markets (e.g., AEC, FSI, Life Science, Media & Ent). Lead the end-to-end lifecycle—from initial brief and creative direction to execution, launch, and measurement—ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for engagement and conversion.
● Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central strategic hub, orchestrating initiatives across field marketing, product marketing, content strategy, and web development teams. Drive organizational alignment by establishing clear campaign objectives, defining creative direction, and setting measurable performance targets (e.g., lead volume, MQLs, SQLs) for execution teams to guarantee cohesive messaging and a unified market approach.
● Performance & Optimization: Own comprehensive, end-to-end campaign reporting and attribution. Actively monitor funnel health to identify friction points and bottlenecks; execute real-time optimizations based on data-driven insights. Rigorously analyze lead volume, quality, and velocity to consistently exceed quarterly pipeline targets while optimizing for ROI.
● Sales & BDR Alignment: Partner with BDRs and SDRs to ensure they are enabled for effective lead qualification and Outreach sequences. Maintain a continuous, bidirectional feedback loop to improve lead quality, resolve conversion bottlenecks, and ensure messaging alignment across the funnel.
● Budget & Strategic Innovation: Manage demand gen budgets with accountability for forecasting and resource allocation. Spearhead the integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance advanced audience targeting, enable content personalization at scale, and drive more predictive performance analysis and forecasting.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 8-10 years of enterprise marketing experience in SaaS and Cloud industries, with demonstrable success in campaign strategy and management, demand generation, and pipeline contribution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Demonstrated Skills:
● Proven ability to develop integrated marketing and demand gen strategies that drive quality leads and pipeline growth
● Strong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign performance and optimize for results
● Experience in vertical marketing (Financial Services Industry (FSI) or Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC))
● Outstanding communication and presentation skills
● Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources strategically
● Self-starter mentality with ability to drive initiatives and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
● Knowledge of AI applications in marketing and campaign optimization
● Experience with paid media strategy and optimization
● Previous experience as a strategic connector across multiple marketing functions
● Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools•
COMPENSATION:
● Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $145k - $185k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
