But we're only 2% done — because people without borders deserve money without borders. How you’ll contribute:You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Grow — a squad that’s rethinking how people can earn a return on all of their money, no matter the currency, goal or risk appetite.  Day to day, you will:Collaborate with your design, product and engineering partners to lead the squad, set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver itWork on the highest impact projects in the squad, setting direction for upcoming workSupport designers in planning and prioritising the highest-impact workUse your design leadership skills to up-level quality, maturity and alignment across the Grow squad Build systems that help the squad bring the product to new markets, balancing a global vision with local nuanceWork with design leads from across Wise to build a single, seamless experience for customersDirectly lead three content designers, mentoring and supporting their career growthYou'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with Wise’s content community.
