Job Description

As the Team Lead (m/w/d) for our HTA Dossier-Team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding team members through their professional development, managing AMNOG project assignments, and ensuring alignment between departments. Your expertise will also be critical in developing dossier strategies and managing interdisciplinary projects together with colleagues from the respective Access TA teams.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can engage with various stakeholders and foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals dedicated to writing benefit assessment dossiers according to local requirements in Germany, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.

Dossier Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive dossier strategies in collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and Pricing departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Write high-quality benefit assessment dossiers that meet regulatory standards and address the needs of health authorities, demonstrating the value of products.

Project Management and Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

  • Manage (early) benefit assessment project assignments, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high quality.

  • Collaborate closely with the OR team Methodology to integrate relevant data and analyses into dossiers, enhancing their robustness and credibility.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment on dossier content, strategies, and project objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as health authorities and academic institutions, to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback into dossiers.

  • Represent the HTA Dossier Team in cross-functional meetings, offering expertise and insights to drive informed decision-making, oral hearings as needed.

  • Represent the company in oral hearings at the G-BA

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to benefit assessment dossiers and HTA processes, ensuring the team remains informed and agile.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on dossier strategies and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Participate in training and educational initiatives to enhance the team’s understanding of HTA processes and dossier writing.

What you will bring:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences).

  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within Market Access, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), or related areas.

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.

  • Strong expertise in writing benefit assessment dossiers, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in German; proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AMNOG processes and G-BA requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • High levels of resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to driving initiatives and overcoming challenges.
