About Frame.io
Frame.io is changing the future of how videos are made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world.
Our mission is to power the world's video creation. We pour our soul into the Frame.io product to delight customers and make it easier for them to realize that mission.
About the role
As the product leaders of Frame.io, it is our job to ship the right product to the high standards we expect of ourselves, and to track its success after launch. We understand that a product isn't finished when it goes out the door.
We're looking for a product manager with relevant experience to join us. You'll be focused on Frame.io's core identity framework and the integration into Adobe's identity systems.
What you'll do

  • Define and improve identity-related user experiences, including authentication, account linking, migration flows, and admin-facing workflows
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Product, Sales, Legal, Security, Customer Support, Marketing and Leadership to rapidly identify and validate product opportunities
  • Break down product opportunities into clear, concrete units of work that can be used to support delivery
  • Specify the appropriate sequence and relative priority of product opportunities
  • Lead project management with your squad and external customers to ensure smooth product launch
  • Bring to bear data, strategic insight and context to influence team members and build consensus for key decisions
  • Positively contribute to Product Team culture and support peers or more junior Product Managers where appropriate

What you need to succeed

  • 2+ years of formal Product Management experience with identity, SaaS user management, authentication, permissions, provisioning, admin, or migration workflows. Knowledge of B2B authentication and SSO flows are desired but not required.
  • Experience in large scale data migrations within or across products, preferably involving identity data
  • You understand that identity product decisions carry security, privacy, compliance, and customer-trust implications, and you know when to bring Legal, Security, and enterprise stakeholders into the decision process.
  • You've taken an idea from its initial brief to design to development to QA to release. You're at ease project managing a product through this process and how to ensure that release dates are met
  • You are capable of making sound decisions with incomplete/ imperfect data, have experience assessing tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritize, and move quickly on decisions
  • You communicate well. You explore your ideas through concise and thoughtful writing. You understand that half of the job is making sure the organization knows what your team is working on and how it will affect them
  • You're customer empathetic. You constantly look for ways to build customer understanding, whether through customer interviews or jumping into the support queue to solve real customer problems
  • You’re technically fluent. You can work with engineers to understand how identity data is modeled, how it flows through our systems, and where product decisions create technical tradeoffs, while leaving implementation details to engineering
  • You're a data-informed problem solver. You build hypotheses, test them with qualitative and quantitative evidence, and use tools like Amplitude, SQL, and Looker to understand whether a product decision achieved its intended outcome.
