Job Description:

Partners with stakeholders to conduct cost and value analysis activities to identify potential cost savings for the facility. Generates and reviews reports and presentation materials that aid in the decision-making process. Completes analysis of comparative data identifying areas of opportunity. Assists with coordination and implementation of product conversions at the facility. Updates data related to various aspects of the supply chain function at the facility. Assists with inventory management and enters inventory updates into software system. Handles replenishment of warehouse and par levels to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Performs cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Communicates and maintains relationships with vendors. Performs requisitioning and match exceptions. Trains others on ordering procedures and relevant systems and software. Other duties as assigned. Manages recall system/notifications and communicates changes to appropriate parties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) [Required]
  • Ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) [Required]
  • Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports [Required]
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities [Required]
  • Knowledge and experience in performing the duties associated with purchasing, receiving, shipping, and distribution [Preferred]
  • Competence using materials management/ERP systems such as PeopleSoft [Preferred]




Education:

  • Associate [Preferred]
  • Bachelor's [Preferred]



Field of Study:

  • 3+ years experience [Required]
