Contract Content Designer

We are recruiting for a Contract Content Designer for a contract to start ASAP.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience of working as a Content Designer, ideally in the public sector, working on interactive services
• Experience of designing content to meet user needs and making complex language and processes easy to understand
• Experience of evaluating and improving content based on user research, feedback and analytics data.
• An understanding of how to make content accessible
• A collaborative approach, ideally with experience of working in an Agile delivery team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience operating in the GDS Delivery Lifecycle and applying CD methods to different phases of the lifecycle.
• Ideally, experience using the Contentful content management system (CMS) or another headless CMS
• Ideally, experience of working with policy teams to make complex legislation easy to understand
