This role plays a critical part in ensuring that strategic priorities are converted into scalable, value-driven initiatives across markets and functions, balancing innovation, efficiency, and risk-aware decision-making.What you’ll do Own the end-to-end AI and Data strategy and execution roadmapDefine clear strategic priorities, including where to invest, standardise, or discontinue initiativesDevelop and manage a multi-year capability and architecture roadmap designed for scale and reuseTranslate market and competitor intelligence into actionable strategic decisionsLead strategic planning cycles and governance cadence across functionsIdentify, quantify, and mitigate risks related to delivery, adoption, compliance, and financial exposureAlign stakeholders through clear communication and strategic directionEnsure AI and Data initiatives deliver measurable business value across marketsWho you are A professional with strong experience in enterprise AI and Data strategy and execution leadershipKnowledgeable in integrating business strategy with technology capabilities to deliver measurable outcomesExperienced in working with large-scale platforms and operating models across multiple marketsSkilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders at senior levels, both internally and externallyAdept at value-driven, risk-aware decision-making within complex organisational environmentsFamiliar with enterprise architecture, portfolio governance, and responsible AI principlesEducated to degree level in business, engineering, data, or equivalent practical experienceNot a perfect fit?
