Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the design and build of equipment and managing the implementation of improvement solutions for the production floor in the areas of personnel and equipment utilization.
  • Design and build equipment for specific business units or customers to use.
  • Develop processes, procedures and testing for business units and customers; generally for distribution and production centers. Create, maintain and provide documentation. 
  • Provide support for business units; new product introduction, provide technical training support – develop, update and maintain instructional documents and process instructions to assist in production within the unit, parts ordering, facility layout.
  • Manage implementation of improvement solutions or new product introductions; identify areas to improve equipment, process or personnel utilization on the production floor. Monitor implemented solutions and present findings to appropriate management groups as needed. Update manufacturing instructions. 
  • Resolve manufacturing issues, address production, design, construct and debug operations and determine efficiency; respond to floor issues as circumstances dictate or calculate labor to production floor.
  • Provide support to new equipment or processes development purposes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to support a variety of business needs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Even Better if You Have:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
  • Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent.

Work Arrangement:

  • Fully Office - 5 days in office

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$31,575.00 - $50,512.50 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
