The Site Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics, material handling, housekeeping, waste management, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) support activities across the project site. This role ensures efficient site operations by coordinating waste removal, maintaining clean and safe work areas, supporting field logistics, and responding to operational needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, experience in construction or industrial environments, bilingual English/Spanish communication abilities, and truck driving experience.

  • Coordinate dumpster services, waste pickups, and removal activities with Waste Connections and other approved vendors.
  • Oversee material handling operations, including ordering, receiving, transporting, staging, and retrieving materials to support field crews.
  • Maintain site cleanliness by ensuring designated routes, access roads, and common areas remain free of debris, obstructions, and safety hazards.
  • Support daily Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives by promoting safe work practices and assisting with logistics planning.
  • Inspect and maintain concrete washout areas to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project housekeeping standards.
  • Respond to and coordinate the cleanup of minor non-hazardous oil and fuel spills in accordance with company procedures and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor, inspect, and coordinate refueling and maintenance activities for fuel tanks within the project scope.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by supporting hydration initiatives, heat stress prevention programs, and overall employee wellness.
  • Provide timely, professional, and customer-focused support to client requests and changing operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient site logistics and uninterrupted operations.
  • Maintain accurate records related to logistics activities, waste management, fuel inventory, and site housekeeping.
  • Operate company vehicles and trucks safely to transport materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support field personnel, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site logistics, industrial operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with material handling, waste management, and site housekeeping.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a MVR
  • Experience operating pickup trucks and work vehicles; CDL preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction site safety practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
