Job Summary

Grande Fond du Lac is searching for our next Customer Service Representative! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams. As a key partner to customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse, and Accounting, you will manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring orders are entered accurately, inventory availability is confirmed, delivery requirements are met, and customers receive exceptional service. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, order changes, special requests, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate records and supporting a seamless customer experience.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting business operations by coordinating order fulfillment, invoicing, inventory tracking, product recalls, regulatory documentation, and customer onboarding activities. Success requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements. What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree Marketing, Business, Supply Chain or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
  • One (1) or more years related experience required.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office especially Word, Excel
  • ERP systems experience highly desired
  • Proficient mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to details
