As a Learning and Development Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis in Excel, including course summaries, reports, and experience using a Learning Management System
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Logistics management experience
  • Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions
  • Utilizing adult learning theories to develop engaging and impactful training content
  • Managing learning platforms and systems to facilitate seamless training experiences
  • Developing curriculum and learning objectives aligned with organizational goals
  • Facilitating training sessions and discussions to promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for training improvements
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address training needs and expectations
  • Implementing e-learning and virtual classroom solutions to expand training accessibility
  • Coordinating with project teams to align training initiatives with firm strategy and market developments

What You Must Have


  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Pedagogy or related administrative fields
  • At least 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required
