Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Business Product & Process Owner for the Enterprise ELN-LIMS System, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:• Defining the business vision, roadmap, and priorities for the enterprise ELN/LIMS platform in     alignment with R&D, Quality, and enterprise objectives.• Representing the voice of the business by defining needs, intended use, and value outcomes for laboratory workflows, data, and user experience.• Leading workflow discovery, process harmonization, and requirements translation across R&D and Quality, converting business needs into prioritized backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.• Owning product backlog prioritization, balancing business value, compliance, user needs, and cross-functional dependencies across ELN and LIMS capabilities.• Partnering with the Lab IT lead on implementation priorities, release planning, change readiness, and validation support to ensure business requirements are clear, traceable, and adoption-ready.• Aligning R&D, Quality, Engineering, and IT stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, governance, and decisions needed to scale standardized and compliant ways of working.• Driving business adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement, training alignment, process readiness, and continuous feedback.Your Skills and Expertise   To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in STEM ( Science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematics) discipline AND Ten (10) years' experience in a regulated industry in a private, public, government or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also...
