Mission
To Iead and orchestrate the industrial growth strategy for the Albacete site by defining sizing scenarios, managing complex stakeholder requirements, and ensuring the seamless entry into service (EIS) 0f new infrastructure and
programs. This role serves as the strategic engine behind the sites expansion in alignment with the company’s ramp up, the National H/C Plan and Government industrial agreements.


Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Strategic Sizing & Planning: Develop and prepare site sizing scenarios, balancing both on-site and off-site solutions to meet growth demands.

• Stakeholder Orchestration: Lead cross-functional coordination with essential departments, includingFMRE (Facility Management & Real Estate), HSE, Security, and IT.
• Project Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a rigorous roadmap to ensure on-time Entry lnto Service (EIS) for various programs.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Supervise the scope of new constructions, including ongoing projects.
• Risk & Conflict Management: “Drumbeat’ project progress, identify intermediate solutions for bottlenecks, and escalate critical conflicts to the Head of Site.
• Industrial Alignment: Ensure links to the National H/C Plan and the industrial return agreed upon with the Spanish Government, including potential subsidies linked to infrastructure, tooling and equipment.

Professional Required Experience
• Project Management Excellence: Minimum 5—8 years of experience in a PMO or Lead Project Management role, preferably within the Aerospace or Defense manufacturing sector.
• Infrastructure & Industrial Operations: Proven track record in managing Iarge-scale industrial site expansions or complex infrastructure ramp-up’ projects.
• Government & Institutional Relations: Experience working on projects with high-level governmental industrial requirements or national strategic plans.
• Stakeholder Integration: Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Security, Facilities) in a matrix organization.

Competencies (Hard Skills)
• Advanced Project Management: Mastery of PM tools and methodologies
• Industrial Planning: Ability to conduct capacity planning and “sizing” simulations for manufacturing environments.
• Resource Allocation: Deep understanding of FTE management and industrial “ramp-up” logistics.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (essential for government liaison and international Airbus reporting).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and security protocols for industrial aerospace sites.

Soft Skills
• “Drumbeating’ & Drive: A proactive ability to push projects forward, maintain momentum, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
• Negotiation & Diplomacy: Skilled at navigating competing interests between different internaI departments (e.g., IT vs. Facilities).
• Strategic Communication: Ability to distill complex project statuses into clear executive summaries for the Head of Site and senior leadership.
• Problem-Solving Agility: Capability to develop ‘intermediate solutions” when primary plans face delays to ensure continuous site growth.
