This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintain high performance, and adhere to established quality standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders and proactive problem-solving are integral to maintaining project momentum and achieving successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DICOM Standard.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DICOM Standard.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
