Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Content Management: Support creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital Human Resources knowledge articles for a global employee audience Localization: Assist with translation, localization, and quality assurance of content across multiple languages, focusing on German and English Collaboration: Work closely with global knowledge owners and subject matter experts, as well as stakeholders across Human Resources and Information Technology, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity Digital Enablement: Contribute to initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience, exploring innovative methods and artificial intelligence supported approaches Platform Testing: Participate in testing new features, functionalities, and improvements within digital knowledge platforms Materials: Help develop enablement materials, presentations, and user guidance for global audiences Optimization: Apply basic Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) adjustments and analyze user feedback to improve presentation, quality, and user experience Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: 6 months Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Actively studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Business, Communication, Media, or a comparable field Interests: Strong interest in digital employee experience, knowledge management, or digital transformation Content Craft: Enjoy creating structured, user-friendly content with strong attention to detail and quality Tech Mindset: Curious about new technologies, artificial intelligence supported solutions, and innovative ways of working Collaboration: Enjoy collaborating with international teams and communicating with stakeholders across different functions Tools and Web: Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; basic knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a strong advantage Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and German Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
