- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

- Build scalable supply chain processes that support business expansion across multiple regions.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service levels and operational reliability.
- Establish strong relationships with logistics partners, vendors, distributors, and third-party service providers.

- Deep understanding of last-mile logistics, route optimization, fleet management, and fulfillment operations.
