You will support our battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio, managing key client relationships and creating value through insight, connection, and innovation to drive customer success and growth.Location: Munich, GermanyEmployment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term Salary Range: € 55.000 - 70.000 per year grossWorking Mode: Office first set-upLanguage Requirement: At least C1 Level English and GermanIdeal Starting Date: October 2026Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will:Create a customer experience that sets us apart from competition and increases customer satisfactionBecome the sparring partner of our clients that understands client priorities and feeds this into EntrixContinuously showcase the exceptional value Entrix delivers to customers and jointly develop towards our visionHelp customers stay up to date on market changes and strategic opportunitiesOversee the relationship between Entrix and a specific set of customers to ensure a professional and synchronized communicationAct as the first point of contact for the customer for special requests and sparring for strategic questions on their existing and upcoming BESS assetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to further professionalize and improve the Portfolio Management functionSupport the Portfolio Management team in preparation of key customer touchpoints and process improvementsYour ProfileWe’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them, and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.Mandatory RequirementsA degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or EngineeringExcellent problem-solving skills, clear sense of ownership and a proactive mindsetHigh willingness to quickly learn–energy asset performance metrics, grid regulations, and trading frameworksStrong organizational and communication abilitiesComfortable working with data (Excel required; Python/SQL is a plus)Openness to travel to the client and attend regular events (such as fairs and conferences)Fluency in German and English (C1 or above)Skills to Set You Apart1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Sales, Project Management, Key Account Management) in the German energy sectorHands-on experience working with cross-functional teams especially with software engineers and data scientistsComfortable handling difficult conversations, managing urgent client concerns, and balancing strategic priorities under tight timelinesThis role may not be a fit for you if…You prefer highly repetitive tasks without analytical depthYou are uncomfortable working with numbers, systems, and dataYou are not comfortable working in a fast paced environmentYou prefer to work alone and avoid human interactionWe are committed to diversity - of all backgrounds and experiences.
