Project Manager - McLeod Physician Associates

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a key part of the service line management team, participates in strategic and operational planning at the leadership level and assessing and developing all service line business activities.
• In collaboration with MPA Quality and Safety, provides leadership to drive work for clinical improvement and service enhancement. Implements organizational optimization processes and acts as a support for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives, as directed.
• Facilitates statistical analysis and research methodologies that compare service line’s processes and outcomes with appropriate benchmarks.
• Exercises creative approaches to operational problem solving. Deals with conflict and problematic situations in an open and tactful manner while respecting the dignity of others.
• Builds trust-based and collaborative relationships with physicians and other health system partners.
• Provides analysis for financial processes for service line-related activities and provides data to the service line management team to initiate change as appropriate and to improve performance.
• Meets regularly with the practices and practice leaders to share knowledge, operational “best practices,” and support shared learning.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare quality improvement experience.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
