Client Experience Director

The Client Experience Director role is tasked with cultivating new individual prospect relationships and supporting the firm's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in engaging and building relationships with prospective individuals while having a strong understanding of Wealth Management concepts including, financial planning, tax and estate planning, risk management, private and public markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new prospects.
Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement.
Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous.
Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.
Experience with the client conversion process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $130,000
