The Position
Solution Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle and commercialization of the Clinical Chemistry and Immunology (CC&I) portfolio across Latvia. Primary goal will be to implement marketing strategies to meet sales and KPI targets for the "Core Lab" segment in Latvia while providing strategic marketing support and portfolio guidance to our authorized distributor in Estonia.
Salary ranges from 38 000 to 48 000 EUR gross/annual. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications of the candidate.
What will you do:
Strategic Core Lab Marketing
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans for the CC&I portfolio (including Cardiac, Alzheimer, Bone, and Infectious Disease) to achieve revenue targets in Latvia, while aligning promotional priorities with the Estonian distributor.
Market Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of the Latvian and Estonian markets to identify competitor activity, local healthcare reforms, and automation trends.
Distributor Synergy: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the Estonian distributor to ensure their tactical plans align with Roche’s global "Core Lab" strategy.
Product Lifecycle & Automation Management
Platform Management: Lead the commercial lifecycle for SWA platforms and reagents (e.g., cobas® pro, cobas® pure), and laboratory automation solutions in Latvia.
Assay Portfolio Growth: Drive adoption of high-medical-value assays in Latvia and support the Estonian distributor in expanding their assay menu to differentiate Roche from competitors.
Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with logistics for Latvian demand and provide forecasting guidance to the Estonian partner to ensure reagent availability.
Execution & Promotional Excellence
Content Localization: Ensure promotional materials are accurately adapted for the Latvian medical community. Educate distributor on localization of Estonian materials provided by the distributor to ensure "on-label" compliance.
Events & Education: Plan local symposia in Latvia and provide content/speaker support for distributors in Estonia.
Public Procurement: Provide technical expertise for public tenders in Latvia and support the Estonian distributor with complex instrument configurations for state tenders.
Leadership & Compliance
VACC Leadership: Act as a Catalyst and Coach within the Latvian team and as a strategic advisor to the Estonian distributor.
Compliance Standards: Ensure all activities, including distributor-led promotions, adhere to the Roche Group Code of Conduct and local Baltic regulations.
Who You Are:
Education: You hold a University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business/Marketing (Master’s is preferred).
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management within the healthcare or life science industry. Experience from laboratory, immunology and clinical chemistry is highly preferred. Understanding of the national health systems and regulations in Baltic countries is an advantage.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional project teams. Strong sense of compliance.
Project Management: Strong skills in managing complex projects across multiple countries and multiple product groups.
Digital Proficiency: Understanding of digital health ecosystems.
Languages: Fluent in English and Latvian.
Technical: Proficient in G Suite, CRM systems, and holds a valid driving license.
