Training Content Developer
Position Overview:
As a Pharmacy Training Content Developer (CBT & Multimedia Learning Specialist), you will play a key role in designing engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences that support pharmacy operations and employee development.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00PM - 8:00AM PHT, Remote
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Computer-Based Training (CBT) Development
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging computer-based training modules for pharmacy-related workflows and operational processes.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective and learner-focused digital training experiences.
eLearning Course Development
- Build interactive eLearning courses, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously improve learning materials based on process updates, learner feedback, and operational changes.
Storyboarding and Technical Writing
- Develop learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, job aids, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Simplify complex pharmacy processes into clear, easy-to-understand instructional content.
Multimedia Content Development
- Produce instructional videos, graphics, presentations, voiceovers, and other multimedia assets that enhance the learning experience.
- Utilize video editing, graphic design, and audio editing tools to create professional-quality content.
Assessment and Learning Validation
- Design quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments to evaluate learner comprehension and training effectiveness.
- Support continuous learning initiatives by ensuring training materials remain relevant and impactful.
AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Leverage OpenAI Codex and other AI-powered tools to streamline content development while maintaining quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Explore innovative technologies that improve instructional design and content production processes.
Requirements:
- College graduate; a medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related background is an advantage.
- Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning development, CBT creation, technical writing, or multimedia learning development.
- Proficiency in OpenAI Codex or other AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Experience with video production and editing software.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail).
- Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Experience with audio recording and editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output.
- Experience managing and organizing documentation and digital learning assets.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary: 35,000 PHP
- Monthlly performance bonus: Up to 5,000php
